![]() Fontinator created the profile for the font, and the iPad believes that the profile has been installed successfully. I tried importing just one font for a project that I had previously imported into Vectornator. The problem is that I need to be able to import fonts into the app for my design projects, and Fontinator is an awful answer to that issue. I wanted to use Vectornator since another vector app I like is no longer being supported. The app should really be setup like this.įontinator is about to make me uninstall 2 apps In other apps you can pull all of your fonts into a custom folder in files and it just works. Other apps are setup so fonts are linked to files in iCloud Drive or even on the native hard drive. This should be a streamlined simple quick solution. Not something that matches with the platform as a whole, and def not something that makes sense in 2021 on an iPad Pro. Not something that matches with the high qulaity of Vectornator. This is counterintutive, and extreamly combersome. If a user wants to get their fonts into Vectonator they have to do it in groups of 8 or less and download a new profile every time. Sometimes it appears, sometimes it appears for 2 seconds than disapears and has to be downloaded again. Also, the profile in general is very wonky. There must be batch delete added in, and you guys have to figure out the limition on batch importing with the profile. So the app in it’s current form is really a nightmare to work with. Then the user has to go in and manually delete them one by one. ![]() If you selected all of your fonts it will not work. ![]() The profile will corrupt if the user selects more than 8 fonts at a time to install. After many attempts it took at least an hour to get all of my custom fonts in. So, the way the app is currently setup is a just not intiuvite. ![]()
